Client experience

Each client gets a portal for their work. You send a secure share link. They do not need a LaunchBird login or a team seat.

What it is

The client experience is the portal your client opens to follow progress, read updates, open files, and see what is waiting on them.

Internal drafts, task chatter, and Work Queue items stay with your team. The portal only shows what you publish for the client.

Who uses it

Your agency publishes updates, shares files, and sends the link. Clients and anyone you invite to that portal open the link when they need status, feedback, or an asset.

How it works

Open the client record, publish what they should see, and share the link when you are ready.

  • Send a secure share link from the client portal
  • Publish a client update when there is real progress to share
  • Keep client-visible files next to the work they belong to
  • Surface requests that need the client as waiting on them, not buried in email

What the client sees

The client opens the share link and sees progress, published updates, shared files, and anything waiting on them. They do not log into your workspace and they do not sit in your Work Queue.
