LaunchBird has three self-serve plans: Core at $59 per month, Pro at $149 per month, and Scale at $249 per month. Annual plans get Launch offer • 30% off.
What each plan is for
Core runs client work for a small agency: projects, Work Queue, proposals, invoices, and the client portal with 3 team members included.
Pro adds automation and a branded client experience with 10 team members included, alongside agency logo and brand colors, workload visibility, and scheduled updates.
Scale is for agencies that want a fully white-labeled client experience, 20 included team members, removed LaunchBird branding, and a custom client portal domain.
How billing works
Plans are month to month, or annual with Launch offer • 30% off. Clients and portal users are never billed as team seats.
When you are ready to create a workspace, start from Get started and choose Core, Pro, or Scale.

- Upgrade later. Your data comes with you
- Cancel from workspace settings. There is no cancellation fee
