What it is

Projects & work is how delivery runs after a proposal is accepted. Clients, projects, tasks, dates, and time live on one record so you can answer what you are doing and where the work stands.

The Work Queue collects tasks and subtasks from every project into one prioritized list. Calendar and Gantt views keep deadlines and phases in view while the work is happening.

Who uses it

Project managers and teammates run the Work Queue, assign tasks, track time, and watch budgets. Clients do not work the queue. They follow published progress through the share link.

How it works

Keep the client record current, then work from the queue instead of hunting across tools.

• Open a client to see projects, files, time, and retainers in one place
• Use the Work Queue to sort by due date, blockers, and priority
• Filter to your own work, this week, or everything in flight
• Start a timer from a task, or add hours later against the client and project
• Use calendar and Gantt views for deadlines, milestones, and phases

What the client sees

Clients do not see the Work Queue, internal tasks, or draft comments. They see the progress and updates you publish to their portal.
