Team & access

Team seats are for people inside your agency. Clients and portal guests are not seats, and they never see your Work Queue.

What it is

Team & access controls who can open your workspace and what they can do there. Owners and admins manage seats. Members get the access their role needs.

A seat is someone on your agency roster: an owner, a project manager, a designer, or a contractor. Portal users sit on the client side of the line and do not consume seats.

Who uses it

Agency owners and admins invite teammates, assign roles, and decide which clients or projects a member can open.

Members work inside the seats they were given. Clients never join the team roster. They open a share link to their own portal instead.

How it works

Invite a teammate, pick a role, and set whether they can see the whole workspace or only assigned clients and projects.

  • Add a seat for someone inside your agency
  • Choose Admin or Member permissions that match the work
  • Limit a member to assigned clients or projects when the roster should stay narrow
  • Invite clients separately through the client portal, not as team seats

What the client sees

Clients do not see your seat list, permissions, or internal roster. They only see the portal you share with them.
