Proposals & invoices
Write a proposal, collect a signature, then turn acceptance into a project or an invoice without leaving the client record.
What it is
Proposals & invoices cover the commercial path for client work. A guided builder covers goals, scope, deliverables, pricing, milestones, and terms. Invoices come from accepted proposals or delivered work.
LaunchBird records invoices and payments. It does not process payments. You point clients at the payment instructions or external payment link you already use.
Who uses it
Agency owners and account leads send proposals and invoices. Clients review, sign, and pay through the links you share. The signed proposal and invoice history stay attached to the client.
How it works
Build once, send a link or PDF, then continue from acceptance on the same record.
- Build a proposal with scope, pricing, milestones, and terms
- Save working proposals as templates for the next pitch
- Send a web presentation or download a PDF and collect a typed signature
- Create a project or an invoice from acceptance
- Share invoice links or PDFs, then record payments when they land
What the client sees
The client opens the proposal or invoice you shared. They can sign and still open what they accepted later. They do not see your internal draft notes or team-only commercial chatter.
